  3. Quality Concerns: If you have concerns regarding the quality of the printed artwork on your product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and determine the best course of action.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products


Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To initiate an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@balanceamericanow.com for further instructions.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the shipping address from which your product was dispatched, which is our printing provider's location.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the refunded amount will exclude the original shipping cost.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
